About Me

A Personal Trainer who wants you to Sparkle!

My aim is to share my knowledge and experience with other women battling with their weight and fitness levels.

I am a wife and mother of four children. I have personally worked hard to shed the weight gained during my pregnancies and understand what is required to achieve a strong and fit body. I have over 15 years of exercise experience and understand that everyone is an individual. With this in mind I design a workout specifically for YOU. I also believe that in addition to a good fitness plan, you need a diet to achieve wholesomeness inside and out.

I am a registered exercise professional certified in Advanced Fitness Instructing, Personal Training, Nutrition and Weight Management, GP referral and Pre and Post natal exercise . I am also qualified in Client Psychology and Motivation, Basic Pilate and Core Stability. These coupled with my personal experience will enable me to help you deal with the underlying issues and guide you to a healthier person inside and out.

Why you need a Personal Trainer

A personal trainer can change your lifestyle dramatically and help you improve your quality of life. If you struggle with diet, exercise, technique, motivation or understanding how to train your body, a personal trainer may be just what you need.

A personal trainer can help assess your food intake and advice you on alternatives to boost your energy, lose fat and make you feel better. A personal trainer can help assess where you are fitness wise and guide you to where you need to be. I can help you set goals and work towards achieving them and design a program specifically for you.
